Your priorities

It's all too easy to find excuses to not exercise. We let 'legitimate' reasons like: having little children, too busy with work, too old, the weather's not suitable, haven't got the right gear and so on, get in the way of healthy physical activity. You can find a thousand reasons to start later on.

Well the other day I was impressed when I saw a young mum running along pushing one of those 3 wheeler prams with a baby in it and beside her were two little girls on their scooters. She was getting her exercise regardless, and she was being a great role model for the kids too.

Whatever the excuse, there's always a way around it. It all depends on your priorities doesn't it?
