I don't know about you, but lately everyone I talk to seems to have back pain. Well, a good friend of mine, Jesse Cannone, is an expert at helping people get rid of their back pain and he recently sent me an audio CD called "7 Back Pain Mistakes" and I have to tell you, it was very eye opening...
I have made some of these mistakes over the years and didn't even know then that I'd been setting myself up for a bad back!
