Do it anyway

I just didn't feel like exercising this morning. So I tapped those feelings and soon realised exercising was like climbing a mountain.

I could miss this workout without any great detriment. After all, there's no noticeable change after one workout is there?

But... if I don't take this one step up my mountain I'm one step less close to the top. So? Big deal. But what happens the more I do this?

Reaching my goal gets more and more delayed. If I stop altogether, there is one thing I can guarantee... I'll never make it to the top.

So whatever your goal, whatever is required to achieve it... Even if you don't feel like it...

DO IT ANYWAY!
